Hello!    I’m Dr. Renée

I’m a fertility-focused Naturopathic Doctor, and for nearly two decades I’ve had a front-row seat to the very real, often unspoken challenges of infertility and reproductive health.

Trying to conceive can be both hopeful and heartbreaking, sometimes all in the same day. When conception doesn’t come easily, it can shake you at your core. The desire to build a family is profoundly human, and the grief, uncertainty, and pressure that can accompany fertility struggles are immense. Research shows that the emotional burden of infertility can rival that of living through a serious medical diagnosis, and I see this truth reflected in the lives of my patients every day.

Through this work, I’ve learned that fertility care isn’t just about hormones, lab values, and timelines. It’s also about protecting your nervous system, your sense of self, and your spirit while we support your body. I feel genuinely honored to be invited into this chapter of my patients’ lives, and I believe deeply in speaking openly about reproductive challenges so no one has to carry them in silence.

My Clinical Focus & Approach

Since 2009, I’ve devoted my practice exclusively to women’s health, with a strong focus on reproductive health and stress physiology. My clinical work includes fertility and IVF support, endometriosis, PCOS, recurrent pregnancy loss, menstrual cycle concerns, and male fertility.

My approach blends evidence-informed naturopathic medicine with Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. These tools allow me to support cycle regulation, ovulation, implantation, stress resilience, and overall hormonal and metabolic health—while honoring the reality that the body does not function in isolation from lived experience.

Many of my patients arrive feeling dismissed, rushed, or handed a checklist without real guidance. In my practice, you’ll be heard. We slow things down enough to connect the dots, explore root causes, and strengthen the foundations that matter more than most people realize: nutrition, nutrient status, inflammation, sleep, stress physiology, cycle timing, and whole-body hormonal health.

My goal is for you to leave each visit with clarity, a plan you understand, and the steady reassurance that you are no longer navigating this alone.

Training & Credentials

I earned my degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph and completed my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto in 2008, where Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture are core components of training.

I’ve pursued extensive postgraduate education in fertility care, IVF support, prenatal care, pregnancy, and postpartum health, and staying current with research is a professional commitment I make to every patient. I am licensed in Ontario and registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.

Beyond the Clinic

Outside the clinic, I’m a mom to two beautiful girls who are a daily reminder of why this work matters so deeply to me. I’m also grateful for my loving husband, Imran, who keeps me grounded and supported through all the moving pieces of life and practice. We share our home with three kitties who generously fill our days (and couches) with comfort, calm, and companionship.

I have a cozy, home-based practice where patients often tell me they feel a sense of exhale the moment they arrive. Creating a space that feels safe, warm, and regulated is intentional ... it’s part of the medicine.

Creativity is also how I recharge, and I love designing meaningful, comforting pieces to support the heart, home, and hormones, including crystal-inspired jewelry, eco-luxury candles, and cozy clothing. These offerings live within The SweetPea Collection and reflect my belief that healing is supported not only by treatment, but by environment, beauty, and care.

A Final Note

If you’re in a season of waiting, hoping, grieving, or trying again—I see you. And if it feels right, I would be honored to support you and walk alongside you as you navigate your path toward building a family.

With love & gratitude,

Dr. Renée
